About Me

I am a trauma therapist and have worked in a number of services supporting different types of people. I am accredited therapist and I have been practising since 2018. I recognize that no two clients are the same, so the way I work in therapy is very much based on who my client is as a person. This may include using evidence based techniques to help ease trauma-like symptoms or it could be providing a safe space for you to explore your feelings and emotions, which will help you heal, grow, and live life to the fullest..

By seeking me out, I recognise you are seeking change. I'll support you in confronting fears, embracing personal growth, self-acceptance, and self-care. By creating a safe and supportive environment where you feel listened to, and cared for you will feel empowered to bring about change in your life.

All interventions I use are backed by research and are meant to help on your journey towards healing. You will be taught techniques, coping strategies, and relaxation methods during therapy as tools for life beyond treatment.
